Healthcare apps are usually where good design goes to die. This one had to be usable by an anxious patient on a bad connection, and by clinic staff with no training.

The problem
The clinic needed patients to book appointments, read trustworthy content and buy products without calling the front desk. Staff needed to manage all of it without a developer in the loop. Two very different audiences, one codebase, and a subject matter where a confusing interface actively costs people their health.
What we did

One codebase, two surfaces
SvelteKit with Capacitor let us ship a genuine mobile app and a companion web admin from a shared foundation. A fraction of the cost of two native builds, with none of the usual hybrid sluggishness.
- 02
Designed for the worst case
Large touch targets, plain language, and flows that survive a dropped connection mid-booking. We designed the error states before the happy path, because in healthcare those are the ones that matter.

An admin panel staff actually use
Appointments, content and catalogue are all editable by the clinic without friction or training. Nothing routes back through us to change a price or publish an article.
